How to activate the audioguide:

On the smartphone on which you want to use the audio guide, go to Google Play Store or Apple App Store, search for the TravelMate app and start downloading. Now that the App is on your smartphone, follow these 4 steps:

1. Download the App and install it on your smartphone
2. Enter the PIN codeOn the App's opening screen, enter the PIN code we sent you in this email (you can select it and copy/paste it) in the 'Enter your activation code' space
3. Click on the arrow to the right and proceed with the installation.
4. Register to complete the App configuration.

Your TravelMate App is ready to be used!

Useful information

Expiry: purchased audio content has no expiry date.
Connection: a normal WiFi connection or your own data roaming is required to use the APP (costs are the responsibility of the user and not dependent on TravelMate).
Listen offline: we recommend using the 'LISTEN OFFLINE' option if you want to avoid international roaming costs outside Europe by downloading audio content in advance.
Content management: We recommend that you do not LOGOUT as you may lose content permanently. If you have registered, you will not find any problems and will be able to listen to the content again even after you have logged out, or even after you have uninstalled the App and/or changed your phone. You will, however, have to enter the same PIN code you received initially and log in again with the same credentials you used the first time.
