Set off from Milan for one day exploring Verona, the city that inspired Shakespeare’s famous play ‘Romeo and Juliet’.
Follow in the footsteps of the two lovers passing by the Capulets’ house with its famous balcony, to the 1st century AD Roman amphitheater where plays are performed in summer.
Admire the elegant buildings in the center of Verona’s Piazza Mercato and enjoy some free time for lunch.

In the afternoon drive to the picturesque fortified town of Sirmione, on the narrow peninsula overlooking Lake Garda. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and choose to join an optional boat cruise.
